Our writing

In Ruma Kiwi we have been working on our explanation writing. We did animal writing, if I could be a animal for a week I would be.... I did a dolphin but there were lots of other awesome animals that the children of Ruma Kiwi did. I enjoyed this because I like art and Miss Collins let us do art with our writing.

Hunters Tanka Poem

A tanka poem is a poem with 31 syllables in the patten of 5,7,5,7,7. They have to do with something negitive or positive that left a mark in your life. Here is mine.

My Happy Place
Landing the plane, yay
Warm, friendly, the best place here
Go to the villa
Jump in the freezing cold pool
Bali, always love it here
